Open the Printer Box

Take out printer from its box, then remove all tapes, stickers and packing material.

CAUTION: Before turning on the printer ensure that internal packing materials have been removed, doors closed, and trays put back in place to avoid setup problems and possible damage.

• Prepare the Printer

• Remove the printer from its box.

• Take off all adhesives and packagings on outside part of your printing machine.

• Release output tray then tape should be removed from ink cartridge access door.

• Accessing and Removing Internal Packing Materials

• Open cartridge access door and take out tapes as well as cardboards present inside the printer.

• Close ink cartridge access door once this is done.

• Get rid of all hardware plus materials found inside the box.

• Recycle the box together with packing material used for packaging it up properly while shipping it to you.

• Connect and Power On the Printer

• Plug the power cord into a wall outlet at the back of your device after which you attach it to your printer using a USB cable provided.
